We collect the information you submit through project and provider forms, including contact details, location, project information, experience and credential statements.

How we use it

We use submitted information to review requests, contact you, facilitate relevant introductions, prevent abuse and improve Contractors Club. Project-owner contact details are not published as a public directory.

Sharing

We may share relevant project details with potential independent providers and relevant provider information with project owners. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people and the service.

Retention and choices

We retain records while they are useful for operating the service, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing college.contractors.club@gmail.com.

Security and children

Reasonable safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contractors Club is not intended for children under 13.

Updates

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
