Introduction service

Contractors Club facilitates introductions between project owners and independent providers. Contractors Club is not a contractor, employer, staffing agency, broker, guarantor or party to agreements between users.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, assessing the other party, verifying identity, references, licensing, insurance and qualifications, obtaining permits, agreeing on written scope and price, and complying with applicable law.

No endorsement or guarantee

Application, listing, introduction or communication does not constitute certification or endorsement. We do not guarantee availability, quality, safety, legality, pricing, payment or project outcomes.

Prohibited use

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe or infringing content; impersonate others; misuse personal information; bypass safeguards; or use the service to exploit workers or customers.

Disputes and liability

Users resolve project and payment disputes directly. To the extent permitted by law, Contractors Club is not liable for indirect losses or for acts, omissions, work or agreements of independent users.
